** Tasting Aliveness: Intro to Tantra

Love and live more blissfully and learn to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary! Tantra is a spiritual orientation that offers a way to experience cosmic connection through the encounter with our own body, other people, and ordinary life. Join us in this experiential laboratory, a structured container where we’ll create safe, sacred, and playful opportunities to explore different tools, weaving together your conscious awareness with your physical and energy bodies. Learn practical skills to increase your capacity to cultivate and sustain deeper, fuller, authentic relationships-- with your own body, with others, and with the energy pulsating throughout all of life.

• Tap into somatic wisdom and recognize your body’s yes and no.
• Cultivate full presence, and an understanding of what that is.
